We offer customized capacity building trainings for youths groups, farmers, cooperatives, students and women both online and offline. We work with entrepreneurs to identify the most promising business ideas and polish them into investment ready business plans. We work with partners to create a support system- one that connects entrepreneurs with technical resources, increased marketplaces for their products and mentorship. We have a network of mentors who are willing to partner with entrepreneurs to build their businesses. We have an ongoing partnership with Arizona State University Thunderbird School of Global Management Phoenix to train entrepreneurs using the dreambuilder program.

Owi Ochoche
Owi Ochoche is an Abuja Based farmer. He is the CEO of Aijah Integrated farms and Co Founder of Novicious farm and ranch-an agro focused company with a focus on snail and goat production. From a plot of land with two free range snail pens. Novicious has moved to a 9 hectare farm with 7 large free range snail pens and expanding. He is also the Founder of Olojah farms Ltd and Dream Internal logistics company. Aijah integrated focuses primarily on special breed pigs production and Olojah farms has a focus on agric commodities and value adding services. Owi is a graduate of Jonkoping international Business school in Sweden where he majored in Business and minored in Philosophy and Politics. Owi is an avid chess and scrabble player and loves reading. He is also an aviation enthusiast who likes to fly a Cessna 172 and is currently a trainee pilot.
Gem Suleh
Gem Suleh is an SME development specialist. He is the Technical Assistant to the Director General Small and Medium Enterprise Agency of Nigeria, SMEDAN. He has a Masters Degree in International Development Management from University of Bradford, England. He is a certified Chartered Accountant. Gem is a farmer, investor and serial entrepreneur. Mr. Suleh is a motivational speaker.
Nguseer Vivien Torbunde
Nguseer Vivien Torbunde is a graduate of Economics from the University of Abuja, she currently works with the Benue State Planning Commission as a Planning Officer and serves as the Secretary of the Technical Cooperation Department and the Desk Officer of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). She is a chartered Diplomat and Manager (IPDM). Nguseer is an serial entrepreneur. She is the Founder and CEO of Me2U Enterprises (Me2U Popcorn, Mobile Kitchen & Eatery) and Me2U Arts and Entertainment. Her business was selected as one of the Top 50 innovative businesses in Nigeria by Etisalat Telecommunications Company in 2014. She is recipient of several grants. This include the Daniel Aluma Entrepreneurship seed (loan) capital, the Federal Government’s Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria (YOUWIN) Competition in 2013 and Bank of Industry Yes-P program 2016. She has received several awards including the NFOB Internationals ‘Woman on Fire’ Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 award. She is a pioneer member of the inaugural strategic team of the Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (YEN). Nguseer loves to write, dance, research, learn and impart.
Omenka Donald
Mr. Omenka Donald is an experienced trainer at the Farmers Business School (FBS). He has trained over 700 farmers in cooperatives across Benue state. FBS is a special initiative of the German International Corporation's (GIZ) Green Innovation Centres for the Agriculture and Food Sector in Nigeria. Omenka has experience training farmers in management of farms as an enterprise, financial management, record keeping and Good Agricultural Practices. Omenka is a certified entrepreneurship trainer and business coach with GIZ.
Attah Emmanuel Orinya
Attah Emmanuel Orinya, is a self-driven entrepreneur. He is a trained physicist from the University of Agriculture Makurdi. He is the founder of Imhotep Enterprises; an Agric based enterprise focused on enhancing quality protein nutrition and helping the small holder farmer gain quantum leap into the sustainable local food system by providing low-cost alternative poultry feeds to poultry farmers to increase their livelihood. He has over 4 years experience in poultry management experience and over 2 years experience in poultry feed-formulation /preparation. He is an alumni of the US Department of States program; Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) 2016 and the Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Leadership Centre (YALI RLC) 2016. He is also an Awardee of the Nigerian Youth Entrepreneurship Support Program (YES-P) 2016.
Peter Chieshe
Peter Chieshe is a Pharmacist, Industrialist, Manufacturer and Entrepreneur. He is Alumni of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where he studied Pharmaceutics and Drug Manufacturing. He is the founder of Newland Group. Newland group comprises of Newland Mills (Producers of Uncle P rice products), Newland Farm ( producers of cassava, piggery farming) and other companies in Agricultural value chain. Mr Chieshe is passionate about youth empowerment, job creation, agroprocessing and value addition. He is a successful and practicing farmer, prolific writer, evangelist and conference speaker.
